Is there anything better than peppermint? In my opinion...no! You'll have to refrain from taking a bite. I may have taken a couple of nibbles before, but I'd recommend external use only.   In the mini 1 oz size it is perfect for travel or to try something new without the long term commitment of a 4 oz. bar.
