Today's ingredient is citric acid.  Citric acid is found naturally in citrus fruit.  It is used in lots of cleaning products because it has antimicrobial properties (it kills bacteria, fungus, etc.).  It is used in soaps to adjust the ph level of soap to make it gentler on the skin.  We use it in our pump hand soaps.
