So cheerio everyone. Let me introduce myself. My name is Stu... and apparently the owners have made me their "mascot". I could think of better things I'd like to do with my life, but I shant argue with Americans. After all, I kind of like them. And...I get to smell good for free with their bloody mahvelous products.

So here's the gen...as we Brits say. It's pretty simple. They're friends. They love to create. They love to get their hands dirty. They desire to help people live healthier and they're those shall we say "earthy people" who like to be kind to planet Earth.

Our founders want to be honest about what they produce and being 100% organic is not really possible.

How about a name? Seems easy peasy to me, but after discussing several options, they agreed upon "Somewhat Organic". They didn't ask my opinion, but hey, I'm easy and...I liked it!

You see, here's the deal. Because the soap-making process uses lye, an non-organic ingredient, it's impossible for any soap product to be 100% organic. Don't let anyone else fool ya either! You can read more about our soap making process here

We decided on our products! Bath and beauty organic products that are good for you! Soaps, lip balms, bath salts, and shea butter all made with certified organic ingredients put in recycled and precycled containers. We're always thinking up new products to add so we're never boring!

And gawd blimey, we joined the 21st Century and built a website! We took our products to the French Markets in the Chicagoland area where fresh locally grown fruits and veggies, homemade breads, organic meats and other green products are sold in an outdoor market on the weekends. We also hang out permanently at these retail locations

It's been smashing! We've learned a lot. We've stayed friends. And to top it off, we have lots of loyal customers that love our products. What more could we ask for?

Come hop on our band wagon! There's enough room for all of us!
